Terms of Service for Puju: Arc Master

Welcome to Puju: Arc Master ("the Game"), a mobile game developed by RTTR Game Studio. By accessing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

RTTR Game Studio reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Game at any time.

1. Eligibility

The Game is suitable for a general audience and intended for users of all ages.

Minors: If you are under the age of 13, you must use the Game under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By accessing or using the Game, you confirm that you meet these requirements or have obtained parental consent.

2. Use of the Game

You agree to use the Game only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with applicable laws.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the Game.
• Use unauthorized tools such as bots, cheats, hacks, or automation tools.
• Attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for an unfair advantage.
• Disrupt the experience of other players or interfere with our servers or networks.

3. In-App Purchases (IAP)

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases (IAPs) such as virtual items, currency, or gameplay-related bonuses.

Nature of Purchases: All purchases are optional and non-essential for core gameplay.

Finality: All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law or specific app store policies such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Parental Permission: Users under 18 years old must have parental permission before making any financial transactions.

The Game displays advertisements to support development and maintenance.

Rewarded Ads: Some advertisements are shown only when players voluntarily choose to watch them in exchange for in-game rewards. Advertisements are never shown automatically without player interaction.

6. Game Progress and Data

Game progress is primarily stored locally on your device.

The Game can be played without an internet connection, but online synchronization may not occur when the device is offline.

We do not guarantee permanent storage or backup of game data.

Progress may be lost due to circumstances including but not limited to:

RTTR Game Studio is not responsible for data that cannot be recovered in these situations.

While we strive to provide a stable and enjoyable experience, we do not guarantee that the Game will always function without interruptions, errors, or technical issues.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RTTR Game Studio shall not be liable for software glitches, network issues, hardware failures, or loss of progress or data caused by device problems or user actions.
